US - Expansions

Can someone please explain to me how you activate expansions in the US? I d/l the SI 14 day trial, which I have since updated to Catacombs (for the instances), but cannot work out how to activate it.

I am even more confused now - looking at the Mythic site, it would appear Catacombs is free. I selected the correct update patch from the 14 day free trial to Catacombs, so have no idea why it won't work.

When I try to log in, it complains I am trying to use an unauthorised expansion version?

Yes mate, that's where I got the d/l from - I have e-mailed Mythic Support to see if they can see why it's not working.
