Donald Drumpf in "not understanding how money works" shock. For such a "great businessman" he seems to have a poor grasp of the realities of bank transfers. People would just route their money to Mexico via an offshore intermediary; which would appear all over latin America and the Caribbean about 10 seconds after he was elected.
