Urgent Help Needed :(

It's been one month and I still can't pay for my account. I've msg'ed the dudes @ the top with RightNow and they have been no use whatsoever (surprise surprise) so I have come 2u guys . The problemo is whenever I try to access my account page I get forwarded to exactly the same page I was on before less my pass and log-in. Yes I am using my subs pass and not my game. They say I have a config problem. They said U could do it through IE6 but when I try I still can't. Can someone help me plz?

Make sure that cookies are enabled in your browser. If you're using internet explorer you might also need to add the camelot europe site to your list of "trusted sites" so it is sure to accept and store the cookie.

I've already got all cookies accepted. I'm using AOL version 7. I'm going to have to use a mates comp to pay for my account unless someone has any more info for me.
