Urgent - Calling all Engineers

I have my Electronic and Programmable systems resit tomorrow - but i went through a past paper and found a question asking :

"draw the function table for a D type Flip-Flop"

and cant find it in my notes, could anyone who knows this scribble it into paint and attatch it pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease.
