Upgrade Advice...help

calling all techhies, or peeps who know more than me...

I want to upgrade my mobo, video card, power supply and box (looks>all).

I have a 2.8GHz P4 (northwood) 4x133 FBB, 2gb DDR333 Ram (PC2700?) and want to keep those items...

video card will be x800 or 6800 GT (leaning towards 6800gt 256mb)

Whats the best mobo I can have an keep the above (socket 478)?

Whats a good PSU, do I need/want 650W?

And a nice case with plent of fans (quiet ones,zzzz)

Hope someone can enlighten me.

I got the Lian Li PC 6070 Silent Aluminium Midi-Tower (No PSU) (CA-016-LL) from that website, its lubly.
I have a 6800GT 256 and you cant go wrong with it.
