If I update an unresolved problem before getting a responce will then my question be ignored or delayed? I sent RightNow an email 6 days ago, updated it everyday trying to keep them informed on my current problem situation. Will those questions be ignored, or is it just slow customer support?

I think in that situation your best option is to add a response to it, obviously not somthing like

I complained about lag way back and did exactly what they asked me to do, send ping traces and PC specs etc. and when they did not reply I updated them with more details. The response - they told me to stop 'spamming' and that they were dealing with the problem. Nice way to treat your paying customers eh.
