Updater problem

I cna play the game but a friend of mine has a prog he cant get thoru the updateer no internet connetion found or the updater hand anyone have a soulotion on the problem?
He doesnt have any firewall or router etc..
he was playing fine until he got LD and after that he cant connect ..

PLz help me coz he nagg alot ..lol

It sounds like his ISP cannot find a route to GOA's servers at the moment, it will fix itself given time. Could take any amount of time between 5 minutes and a few days to fix, depending on the ISP.

Get him to type

tracert 193.252.123.13

into a DOS box and post the result here to be sure
