Well, most users won't be bothered by the cap. Lets face it, the vast majority of people worried about the cap are downloading software/music/films. Thats not to say I don't do that, because I do, but I'd find it difficult to exceed 10Gig in one month tbh.

I was wondering, what happens to the upload speeds?
