Some of the cams give you full control to allow you to move them around. Worth browsing if you are bored .

These arnt webcams but network cams the standalone jobbies with inbuilt webservers

its happend to me on a few of these. it doesnt go nuts, you just see the cam moving and if you press before the other guy does then it will do what you want it to do.
