In trying to set up an UT3 server, our problem is we're advertising the server on an internal IP address, does anyone know how to publish the server on an external IP address? There's no option for it in-game so I guess it's something more to do with Windows.

Will give rep to anyone who gives helpful info! =p

Depends how your home pc/network is setup.

You basically need to forward the UT3 ports direct to your pc (or the box hosting the game)

If you have a router, there may be a "Default Server" or DMZ setting - you could just set this to be your game servers internal ip address, but then youd be opening it up to the internet for all the script kiddies to find.

Afaik the game sends some info to a big game server that tracks all the ut3 servers in the world, so the only thing you have to do is route the right port to your game server.
