Unreachable subs page STIL?!!?

i still cant renew my subs....wtf is going on?? i got a lame email telling me to set my internet settings to LOW and to ACCEPT all COOKIES?!!? wtf pwn j00 n00b!!! why wont they admit theyve shagged the server again!!! anyone else still waiting to renew??

12 days and counting!! i should get compensation for this!!

UPDATE 4 :15pm BST :
Subscription pages are back up but we may have more downtime in the coming days. We are working with our partner in charge of the billing process to find a solution to this recurring issue.
