I've only seen it dropped by the Tower Keeper, not Guardian (but might be from both).

And I don't think that place is a hospital

Note it's a ROG drop... you could get that drop everywhere... But the point is that like 99% of the ROG drops aren't super but some times a very useful one drops

Phakt, this cloak I hunted with another Paladin while you were offline. I still have the necro cloak we found (util also over 53 btw) which we can.
