Just logged onto camelot-europe and cant reactivate my bb .

'you currently dont have a valid subscription'

'unable to modify your subscription' 'invoice already in process'


how do i have an invoice in process when i havent looked at the page in like 3 weeks and no one has my details ? if its just a bug how long does it last ? does it have anything to do with DR which isnt active on that account ?

normally do auto pay or pay for a year so not familiar with site bugs if there are any .plix advise.
