Unable to login@Right Now!

tried just about everything but i cant login at right now any 1 else got this problem ?

The two prevalent reasons why people can't login to RightNow are

1) Trying to use the subscription details; it's the GAME details you use

2) Having two or more accounts registred to the same email addy; this can and has caused problems in the past - if this is the case use the account section to set another mail for your secondary account.

well i am using the game details iwe tried a few other accounts as well doesnt work at all..


iwe tried typing in login only to get pw send to me but it doesnt recognice my login name either..

I have the same problem, I sent the bastards a mail and they responed to me in about 5 days calling me Jack Vonderbaum or something, which isn't my name, and asked me about how many accounts are registered with my e-mail and what cd-key I have and how many, I sent them a very clear mail back with all the info so I hope they work it out, but from past experience I know they wont because they have totally incompetent people working at the support department. People like those who take computer courses to learn about how to use Word and shit.

Anyway, I also want to point out that I got a m8 who sent them an e-mail because he lost his sub info, he got a mail from the US support department in 30 min, but he had euro version so they couldn't help him, so he sent a mail to GOA they sent the first mail back after 5 days, asking him for info about himself...he sent them that too and now it's been over 2 weeks with no response.

I'm going on a roadtrip through europe this summer, I'll make sure I ´pay GOA a visit throwing a stone through the window to their support department with FU written all over it.

The following will happen:

1: GOA will send you a mail asking if the stone is registered to your initial e-mail.

2: GOA will confirm that they tried to throw another stone through their window and didn't manage to repeat the event.

3: GOA will send you another email verifying that throwing a stone through their window is not their fault, but probably this problem can be traced to your ISP.

4: GOA will notify in a followup mail that the window is broken and you should resend your stone through their window if the problem still occurs.
