Unable to log into rightnow - so unable to report macroer :(

Apparently it requires my login name/password, which doesn't work. The login name is "invalid" to start with which is confusing so I can't get my password sent to me. Guess the screenshots will have to stay with me!

Well sod it, good luck to the guy, if anyone is interested he's currently at 43k, 65k in Delling Crater (excal) with his shaman and healer bots working a rather nice (but obvious) macro :worthy:

I get the same with my main account.. if i try to use the password reminder thats on the same screen as the rightnow log in, i get told my login doesn't exist... and it looks like all the queries i filed with my main account in the past, have been moved onto my buffbot account's rightnow file

If you have more than one account registered on one e-mail adress, only one of them will have access to RightNow

Too bad you couldn't login to Rightnow, but I'm sure Whoodoo will take care of it

Think twice before you use any kind of cheat, it's not worth it when your account is banned, and it probably will be sooner or later because good honest people like to report cheaters

How can you recognise people who use macro's for lvling? Is there any special 'sign' so you can log that? I had once charmed a nab drinker in df and had set it to aggro in the middle of a camp with green/blue mobs and I went for sleep (nab drinker didnt had any trouble killing them cause of the lifetap)...So is that also considered as macro'ing?

First I thought that was 100% against the CoC.. but then I searched camelotherald.com and the only thing I found was if someone came to the same camp and started to pull, then if your charmed pet would aggro the mob the other dude pulled that would have been against the CoC.

To avoid situations like this just stay at your computer while you play.. much better.

It's fairly easy to spot people macroing, it's harder to prove it. I can't really explain it but things like a main char being healed when they're not hurt, cured when they're not poisoned etc is a sign that the healer/shaman is running a repeated macro. A main char entering combat and facing mobs then not actually being able to attack them because they're out of range is another. These are only signs though and everyone has spammed the wrong spell from time to time so you have to watch for a while to see if it keeps happening. The final decision rests with Kemor/Zargar and GOA though, all we can do is give some evidence (logs/screenshots)

You have to be patient though and watch people for a while, which is why it's so hard to prove. I don't accuse people of cheating unless I've gathered evidence to support it and I'm completely convinced myself that the person is up to something a little dodgy.
