UMOD wont work :(

Hmm how come my UMOD files no longer self-install? ?

When I unpack UMOD files they normally have a UT logo as their icon, and double clicking them normally opens up the UT installer.

But no more Windows prefesses not to know what to do with UMOD files and asks what proogie I'd like to open them with

Any hints?
