But what do they mean exactly ...

What is:

Penge
Brentford
Earther
Etc.

Ok, so I'm a little slow on the uptake of things (when is this dated? )

the different "residents" (on this board, the msg is customizable) show how many msgs you've posted, penge resident sticks with you (I _believe_ ) until 50 msgs, when you move to brentford, earther i assume is a moderators level.

All I know is that Penge and Brentford are ruff(ish) areas found in the London suburbs. Oh and Brentford have a crap football team. Penge sounds like somne disease in cats, oh thats mange!

all the barrysworld server names, and the brentford and penge stuff on this board are all taken from Books by an author called robert rankin. this guy is a genius, just finished reading one of his books - "the brentford chainstore masscare" EXTREMELY funny.. i ORDER you all to go out and but a at leat one of his books . you will NOT regret it
