I also miss UKCL. Sundays are just too boring without some QW 
But I honestly don't believe it's possible to get more than one group of clans interested in another season (including those clans who will die after 2 weeks again and those who rarely turn up).
You can always count in those 3 currently active clans as well as 3-5 other dead_but_always_up_for_another_ukcl_season teams, but I think it would make no sense to put all those teams in one group as level of skills and interests in the game are just too different.
Reform FE and Div3 is almost ready to kick off again
