I don't know about your weird country (seriously, you're not on this list) but CEST is to CET like BST is to GMT, so we adjust an hour at the same time as England (+1 on the last Sunday of March and -1 on the last Sunday of October).

Edit - Oh, you're EET, you do the same but you're GMT +2 and then BST +2 in summer.
