There are centainly enough female q3 players to form one. There are a number of female players I have come across in CTF, and I'm sure theres a whole bunch more playing under non-feminine names (cant say I blame them, the amount of totesterone (sp?) fuelled crap some of them have to put up with from pimpled kids on the servers )
