UI custom skins

Hi i have dl'd some nice UI skins and some are soo good i descided to try make my own.......Dl'd Java and the beta daoc editor program but i think im lacking a art studio or somthing as i cant seem to get anything to work without errors cropping up, This happens even if i for example load up somone elses and and try t edit there icons etc it just says error this errror that.

Is there any start to finish guid on how to plan desighn make ya graphics and implemnt them to skin format etc etc etc on that beta editor? any help apreciated

Alternatly try DAoCMods, another one some people like is Vbrushed but its too flashy imo and I couldn't get used to the way it looked.

Diivskin is a nice one though, Custom Summary Window Fortehwin
