Just a tip, only start with a very few items you feel vital for their /uses ie. arties. By insisting on zahur items, EDS and 9.10 legs, even though they're all reasonably high util, you've restricted yourself enormously, probably clash with each other (overcapping certain things at the expense of others), and it's probably not possible to do what you want.

I'm sort of shocked no-ones posted this already.. but why not ask for a template that includes stuff you have or you really need the charges from instead of stuff that you've been spamming you need for the last 3 weeks.

If you don't have the 9.10 legs/zahurs ring already, why do you need them in your template?

Not bad at all actually, but you really should get +11 staff, maybe lose the extra 5% energy resist and make feet MP to so.

It is extremely expensive though.

This is mine - but its very based on my spec and how I play my friar and therefore wouldn't suit everybody - it has some soloable qualities but it also has some group abilities.
Its also not cheap and prolly has a few errors or things that can be improved.
Either way, gives me 338 dex and over 2k hp's with only base con so its not bad

Tart in pve is lovely for the power proc which means friars pretty much haven no downtime - for rvr can use the Champ staff which gives extra 6% heals and 4% melee damage + 5% crush/slash/thrust passive but drops 5% melee speed, which shouldn't be a problem with friar self haste if solo or theurg haste if grouped.
