i should have had three but Maeran from exiles of the tribunal stome one from me.

a cloak that drops from a mob called, the Tower Keeper near Meicals house.
This cloak rarely drops but it does drop 3/4 a day. (irl)
You need a lot of luck or a group with good ppl to get a shot at the keeper. So most ppl buy the rags.

Well Tbh most could do it with a BB (he mainly cons orange). Although once in a blue moon he spawns red/purple. So as long as you're willing to spend a whole day there . you should get a few oil rags. The only prob is its so frustrating killing him for 8 hrs and not 1 oil rag and then you leave and he drops 2 in a row to the next person that comes along
