I've activated the core two factor verification built in the XenForo core. You will find an additional link called Two-Step Verification in your control panel along with multiple choices of what you can use.
The FreddysHouse system is still live and usable for the moment. What you will need to do is to register your devices with the new system and then go to the FreddysHouse Two-Factor Authentication menu and disable two-factor authentication otherwise you will be forced to use your device twice to login.
