TRYING to join CS League

Help!!!
I have tried to contact Mr Bigfoot about joining the CS league.
I have had no response.
Bigfoot can you tell me what is required to join the league!

=MoD= Are a very good clean clan (cheat free) who have won every clan match we have entered. We have seven members at the moment who play CS every night.

Can we join.

We need your advice.
