Trouble reactivating account?

I have tried 3 different Visa cards - two of which i know there is money on, and one Eurocard (Mastercard), and i get the same error message on all of them..

Something like: an error has occured, please return to homepage.

Could this have something to do with the fact that my name has an "ø" in it, and that is not allowed on the billing page?

I am quite sure that they will fix the problem.

it worked today.. Think it had something to do with the online part of my bank was offline somehow..
