Trouble loging in after patch?

Am I the only one who can't get past the "Establishing connection with <insert IP" at the launch?

I can't seem to get past, and I can't alt+tab out of it anyway.

I've fixed my firewall to allow the game.dll now after the patch so that is not the problem.

Anyone got a solution? :-/

Try turning off the firewall to verify its indeed not the firewall. Because.. well.. it looks like a firewall problem!

I fixed the rules for it though, but I guess this is what you get for using Norman Anti Virus/firewall >_<

Guess it's worth a try.

Well, it's definitley Norman..

I managed to log in without Norman on, but I can't log in with Norman activated.

Could say that zonealarm is a shit firewall. :p Suggest people setup a *nix router with iptables. Manually configured firewall always works the best tbh.

I liked that but my PC seems to have GPO settings on so i cant access that, played around with weird options to disable it but no joy :(

Quite so, a good stateful packet inspecting firewall in a router is all you need then just keep XP SP2 firewall turned on.
