Tried and tried, need help on: Paladin Template

I've wasted hour and hours now on a Paladin template, using GoV/Malice and Magma Infused Defender.

Trying to overcap Con/Str to 20+, 100/140 hits, but I'm totally gutted at the moment.

I can seem to almost cap all Resists (All of them)/Stats/Skills (Shield/Slash) but miss out on Quickness all the time.

I keep having to sacrifice things in order to get more quickness.

Does anyone have a Paladin template that does the above? I'm not TOO bothered about dex, but mine had +10.

Any help/input or complete template appreciated, and no I'm not willing to use items like Zahur's Ring

Although another arti or 2 wouldn't hurt, I just have absolutely no clue which ones to use.
