Tricked by Origins of the Harpies, help needed.

I just did the 'Origins of the Harpies' quest, went over to second guy in quest to let him make me a some items.. Problem is that he wants some item before the other and I never dug that one up while /forage at meso...

The items is harpy talon and animal bones.

Have anyone done that quest and have spare parts over, or like to do it with assistance from me so I can get my little hands on those two items and get my items?

Heard those jewelry rewards (bracer, jewel, necklace) will be tradeable in next patch so ppl can buy em, and next patch is in .. 2 days ? right GoA ? ^^

It would be great. Still hoping(No hope on GOA..) to get my hands on the talon that guy wants first, got my feathers and then I get the charm I think.
