vampiric mist doesnt seem to do anything

Not bugged - the mists don't hit very often but when they do will return you some life and the Shade form was proccing for 200+ on ornage con mobs for me.

really?? when it procs in rvr, i dont get any msg or anything about they leeching life

Haven't tested in rvr but it worked in duels (ain't gonna be using 15.5 as a one hander in rvr )

hmm hmm, what exactly does that shade do? its a dd thing?

The level 5 proc works just fine. Gets resisted a lot on red/purps tho. You dont receive a message when the mist lifetaps.
