As i dont think many people are intrestred in the one big alliance idea for many reason(all valid im sure), how about if its possible some one making a chr that lives in Cam and with a name that all know and people can pass all RVR info to and he can also give out the upto date news. This chr can get paid a small fee from all guilds/allinace that use him so he can sit in Cam and craft at same time to stop getting bored. This is just and idea and im sure points can be added to fine tune the idea( or abuse to the idea

what about him just constantly running a cg where only he can speak

do it next path, make it an open cg but only the towncryer can talk, spread the word about him and try to get atleast 1 person to join him cg from each guild, sit him at cs and each port he can yell out the latest news or something?

i have no idea what or how a irc channel works, is this an in game chat thing or is it some back ground progame that people might not do for legal reason?

irc is an out of game chat channel.

And it's perfectly legal.

Before the next patch however, it's somewhat difficult to use without a second computer.

After the next patch it's entirely legal and quite straightforward.

Espeicially if you already have a dual monitor setup.

If you don't already have a multiple monitor setup you should get one anyway. You wouldn't work with pen and paper on a desktop that was just 17-21 inches cross, heaven only knows why people still put up with it on a computer desktop.

Why do you even look up at the screen at all ? When using pen and paper at a desk you look down, why not have flat screen monitors that are paper thin and place it flat on the desk ?
