pop rate before patch was 5-30mins. Waited 1 hour for pop this time never happened before

Poprate is from 1 minute to over an hour, so...

he's taken over 3 hours to pop for me before, TG up to 6 hours

Ive never had to wait longer than 25 - 30 minutes tbh.

Pop rate is fine...problem is the many farmers killing it on sight.

As he spawns in morethan one camp you could easily miss someone else killing it.

I camped him for a very long time (3 - 4 hours a day for over a week), one time i killed him, he popped when i was resting and then he popped again straight after. Another time he took near on 2 hours to pop. It's pretty unlikely someone could have killed him while i was waiting cos i always run between the 2 spots where you can see every spawn place and there isn't enough time inbetween for someone to kill it. He never did drop the bloody cloak either .

The Tower Keeper is a named mob in Dales of Devwy that drops this cloak - The Oil Drenched Cleaning Rag - that everyone and his dog wants for their SC sets.

The stats are 18 dex, 48 hp, 7% body and 7% spirit resist, so it's a very nice cloak but I still doubt it's worth all the trouble of camping the TK all night long. Personally I prefer the Hooded Blades Cloak

(And I've killed the TK four times, and two times the cloak dropped. I guess that's just Murphy's Law in work there then, since I don't really need or want the cloak that badly )
