I don't know if anyone else has seen this over the last few days, but this is the trailer for Gran Turismo 5 from E3 this year.

YouTube - Gran Turismo® 5 E3 2010 Trailer

Watch out for the bit from 1:00-1:18. It's relevant to the thread. :)

Holy fucking batshit! That looks awesome. And is that an official launch date I see at the end?

Oh and more Top Gear. Aaaaaaace :)

I am I the only one that really does not care about Top Gear anymore? Last season was awful, rather the being original or funny, the presenters are now simply stuck up their own arses. It's getting to be a waste of licence payers money the way it's going. Maybe they'll fix up and this season will be great, but I don't have high hopes.

TG was only original in the first season.. after that they just do what they always have done...

i still think they are a great laugh, tho sometimes the "script" shines through to much :/

TG was a completely different show in it's first series, it was actually a car review show. Why do you insist on posting when you clearly know nothing about the subject? You are almost bot like in your comments.

Awful scheduling on during the WC, they basically have the same target audience. Will deffo be catching up on this when it's on.

More people DON'T watch WC than watch it.
BARB figures have just over 12million viewers for last Saturday's game.
That leaves about 53million that didn't watch it.
Or to put it another way, 1 in 5 people watched it, 4 in 5 didn't.

Besides, like anyone will care after Wednesday.

Do those figures count multiple viewers and so on?

Do you understand what a target audience is? Top Gear's main target audience is males, aged around 14-50. A lot of them will be watching the World Cup. A lot of old grannies will be watching neither.

The Reliant segment took me back. My mother had one in the early 80's as she could drive it on her motorbike licence. I would get picked up from school and then get jeered at as the kids went past on their bicycles.

It was totally right that you required ballast on the passenger seat, my mother used to have bricks on hers. Silly contraption. There was a good camaraderie between Reliant owners though, they'd always flash each other and wave.

yeah my dad had one as well :)

Always remember him getting back late from somewhere, because he'd rolled his on a corner and had to crawl out the window and roll it back over himself lol

It was awesome, just what I needed to cheer me up.

I demand you all watch it immediately (isn't it repeated tomorrow on BBC 2?)

What, Sunday nights like it's been for donkeys years? Just man up and say you forgot it was on!

Err no, football. They should have simply delayed the season by a couple of weeks.
