I thought the episode was the worst one in ages, the jokes seemed so stale and rehearsed and the content wasnt especially great.

same i didnt think it was that special. I still enjoyed it but not 1 of their best episodes ;p

infact i think they've been going down hill for ages, definately peaked about a year ago and on a downward spiral since

Blame the BBC, they are constantly pressuring the show to be more politically correct and consumer friendly, they are making the mistake of not realising the show is entertainment as much as a consumer show.

As for the jokes being a bit off, I put it down to the first show of the year and a bit of ring rust. Yes the show is heavily scripted, always has been but the best bits were always the off the cuff snide remarks between the three presenters and that is what they need to get back to.

Not quite up to the usual standard but still one of the best programmes on TV. Thank Allah/Buddha/Ghanesh/Thor/Zeus/Apollo/Sun/Moon/big oak tree and any other god for torrents without which I wouldn't get to see it for at least a year :)

they are kicking back tho :) just look at their "fuel economy" part :D

Was laughing so much when Clarkson had to stop The Stig! That was really funny :D
