Even thou im an Alb uve gotta give the credit thats due to the man that won the whole fight.

Pupperhealer, u used that treb perfectly, interupted albs at the perfect moment to provent the sorcs mezing and theurgists pet spaming, great treb skills, u won that fight so gratz :)

was nice to have mids excluded, they never lasted very long which was great, like fighting hibs so much more fun to go up against classes/ppl u dont see often (succi/balth excluded obviously :p ).

Loved the end managed to kill afew of the high RR chanters before me and bb finaly got ganked (had to take my own bb as albs did't place fields out of archer range :p )

Once again, great fight :)

Great couple of hours out there, holding amg off with mids on one side... finally cleared them then came after you albs... was only playing my shade for one of the first times in rvr and was a great rush.

Thanks to all at AMGE tonight, hibs, mids and albs :)

it sucked, soon as i moved anywhere near the gate lag hit, ended up going ld in the middle of it. No point logging back in just for a repeat performance (after standing one side of a mg for 30mins landing a nuke every 5mins on someone who immediatly hides again you kinda get bored, even if the lag wasnt there).

Was great fun at amg.

Had my treb instaled in the room, supressing alb and mids casters and healers with the grape amo. But nothing more fun then launch a bullet (very high damage small AE amo) on a resting caster once in a while ;)

Lucky Usp could sumon amo, bucause the normal amo was depleted very fast.
At the end Puppet used treb, he was bored and wanted killspam :p

Our leet group of 4 inconnu 4 britons had huge fun running from the zerg and appearing with tactical strikes on mg campers and running off again \o/ was the funnest night of RvR for ages - totally ace ;)

Albs on one side, Mids on the other, Hibs in the mg box and treb's firing from all sides

One time I was hitting on Eatsinfils and a Celt ran in and started hitting him too :D Universal hatred of BDs !!

Yeah, was a nice change from the norm :D

kudos to the Mids and the Albs, great work trying to wear us down, we just had too many fops and heal fields in the room to actually kill us completely, and with the treb firing and being constantly repaired and supplied with ammo, we managed to hold of both realms.

shockingly boring, far too much lag, and sitting there waving at the oponent for 30 mins while noone actually gets anywhere is hardly fun

Thats why the outcast group took the initiative. Didnt actually need sos, ran through hiding oos of hibs and tucked self away. then just waited for our moment to move off and into the depths of emain.
From there we used Gorilla tactics, quick hit and runs. Slowly wore the mids down and then the hibs saw their chance to come out the room and finish them off.

After that we moved clear hitting some roaming groups and then moved back to do the same to hibs, thou as we did so a couple groups of mids decided to hit us. some how we managed to survive the 2 pronged assualt but it was one hell of a battle, then with a few remaining hibs the albs finally charged

Not the best night for rvr. we made a hell of a lot of rp's thou. Slightly makes up for the lack of 1fg fights but when you take on a zerg as 1 group and survive you cant complain to much :)

i made 10k rps on my animist or in artifact terms 2% on my alvarus leggins :D

that may not be classed as LOADS by rvr leet standards but still lot for a class that doesnt rvr much.

and maybe the only peeps having fun were the ranged classes + pet classes :)

who may not go rvr a lot i know i kept on getting cabalist pets poking me in the ribs and assist trains of hunter allys :D

Only thing that is more boring then AMG camping like that is when there is noone to kill at all.

It was fun for a while. But later on it just got to zergy. Having hibs in room and albs on the other side then other hibs came from the back. But it was something different from the ususal elite RvR that everyone wants.

If you cant beat them. Outcamp them

We didn't (re)started the "funny" camping hobby some weeks ago. So u can't really blame Hibs to get bored of beeing "camped" and decide to "countercamp" the lot imo :eek6:

nice to see all de leet gg whinging for a change..... why?.... easy.. if hibs zerg who they gonna get there 20k + rps from every nite.... so it dont suit them if hib employs these tactics (that goes for hib leet gg's too), tis funny i think

...

And the fact that shrooms take 50% rp's doesn't help when trying to rack them up either.

Personally I was having fun running Furball and Furbina, creating a huge stack of shrooms alb side and watch the albs try to melee them down. Please note that these stacks of shrooms are the same ones that we use to kill epic mobs (thus the incoming nerf), therefore trying to hit them in combat is probably not the best course of action  . I even put some of the highest pbae dps de-buff ones down so they wouldn’t hit them for too much :p

Tried the same on mid side but they were much smarter they pretty much just stood outside the shrooms range and aoe'd them with shammys and thanes.

Eventually though it was a bit boring there seemed to be no progress so I suicided and went back to ToA :(

It made a change having 3 Zergs of equal size (ish) and was a unique situation being able to hold AMG. Must say I enjoyed it for a while although the lag wasn't ideal (fear for those with lesser spec'ed PC's). It does get boring fast though, in fact was bored of it by the time it was over. Did I like it? Yes. Would I like it if it was like that every night? No.

It seems at times the anti-FG people are more sour and venomous than the 'l33t FG GG kiddys' (wow, managed to sterotype and generalise most people there) - fact is if this RvR was so popular why are Hibs only out in force like this once in a blue moon? Why don't the Hibs that are so anti-FG RvR do this more often if they like it so much? That's what puzzles me, guess they just like to take pot shots at those that bother to get out there in any shape or form, far easier and less chance of dissapointment.

Mate u bashing at the wrong guy, Jupi out only with NFD in RvR and max we can field = 1.5 fgs ;) the point on Jupi comment (imho o_O) is that once in a blue moon ALL hibs have fun in RvR instead of the usual 40 Hib ppl rvring 24/7.

It wasn't the best or worse night ever tbh. At the start it was kinda funny because everyone was a bit afraid to charge the other and there was some farming going on and some interesting battles near the mg's but after a while it became quite repetitive and stagnant so it wasn't much fun anymore as we were standing in the room for 30 mins doing nothing but getting farmed by scouts/hunters whenever we got out. In the end there were just too many people around and the shrooms made things even worse, i could hardly move without lagging off and find my self in some weird place (or noticing that i am pbaoeing air since the person i was seeing there had moved 5 secs ago) so we decided to jump off the room and suicide.

As for the rp's, i made 27k personally, have done more or less but as said this isn't really the point. It was more important imo to gain 2 levels with Tartaros!

Kinda agree with Maleg though, if so many people in hib like that kind of thing i don't understand why they don't organise it more often.
