tome unlock cloak option ?

was talking about this on vent a while ago, and it goes as follows :

you get unlock for cloak with journal
they have no stats
they are just a nice graphic

so would it be technically possible to have them instead as a "skin" to be used like dyeing them. so you can put in on a good stat cloak much like guild embleming it

I'd rather have artistic avatars like EVE has then custom cloak skins.

I think Emblems are good enough for custom cloaks, theres a lot of unique looking cloaks for each career aswell. They don't seem to be itemised much though(Backpack for Engineers, totem thing for Runepriests, shield with face pinned across it and horns/chain for Black Orc.
