+ToA stats vs Humanoid, does it work in RvR ?

For example, does the follow range bonus apply in RvR:

Ring of the Cyclone:
Magical Bonuses:
Hits: 40 pts
Energy Resist: 9%
Acuity: 15 pts

Item Bonuses:
Range of Spells: 2%
vs Humanoid, Animal, Elemental
Power Pool: 10%


because the enemy realm is 'humanoid', or is it only humanoid
mobs ?

what 'categories' count for realm enemies?

It doesn't work in rvr, only against humanoid mobs :\

+ range/damage whatever where it says only +melee damage (no specifics) or +damage etc to player races (ml10 stuff mostly)

artifact +damage is everything, players and mobs, a lot of items have +speed these work on everything too, i think it would make the game engine explode if it had to calculate different cast speeds for different mobs :)
