are there any upto date toa sites about these days that have what mobs drops what scrolls and whatnot, specifically meso scrolls would be nice.

VoS was outdated about 2 years ago and i rarely been near pve in that time

What drops which scrolls -

Talk to the apprentice scholar in each haven, he'll tell you exactly what drops which scrolls for which artifact in that area.

Unlike the community websites, the apprentice gets updated with each patch that changes something.

Each scroll is dropped by three specific mob types, but there are also other mobs that have a chance of dropping any scroll. The various sites out there include many of these scrolls dropped by other mobs, and if you hunt them, you're getting a much smaller chance of a drop.
