ToA new +caps caps

I'm sure this has posted before, but can't find it anymore..

The new +cap caps are how high?

For 'basic stats' (str/dex etc), for hits, AF, etcetc..

Anyone enlighten me plz ;)

Think they get nerfed next patch m8 so ya might as well wait until we get it before you think about your final set of stuff.

Stats is capped at +26 iirc (level/2+1)
Hits is capped at +200
... dunno about AF/Power however.

I would guess he means the exceeding of your cap, ie some items give 10 to af cap etc..

however, I dunno :|

damage/speed/range etc etc +10%
stat buff effectiveness + 25%
think duration is also 25% but not sure

btw, i ment caps after the 'nerf' or 'fix'.. :)
and indeed the +7 dex bonus to cap etc..

Arent heals and power pool gonna stay at 25%?
