Bah... U too mate? Our guildmate, Wretch, has the same problem
. He writes appeal to the GOA, but they didnt want to do anything. Just "We cant back ur items". Looks like its a new bug or maybe a kind of some hacking... Sadly.

Details on HoL forum. Maybe u both need to write one appeal from two names? Cause when it happens with one player - it can be mistake or something, but when it happened with another one - time for GOA to think hard about problem.

Well, i know more ppl from RG that has been robbed. Microbe has lost both his axes and i think Drairz has lost everything. Hopefully they will report aswell

Same thing happened to spankya, but they also deleted half his characters.
GOA policy on this kinda thing is (as far as i can gather) that they will restore characters, but not items. The reasoning behind this is you could transfer items to another character, complain they were stolen, and obtain duplicates.
Spankya is a legendary smith and lost a vault full of items, and also lost his lvl 48 shade (unrecoverable) to a hacker.
It sux, but there is a certain logic to their reasoning

I'm sorry to hear that you have had your account stolen but i must say i am a bit miffed by how someone would find out your account details and if others in your guild has had this happen to them also then i hate to say it but it points to someone in your own guild but i hope this is untrue , Surely you can change your password on your sub account so stop this person from using your account i know this does not stop what has already happened but at least you will get your account back and in the future not give out your account details to anyone.
