Hehehe - well that kind of mess is what to expect.

And when I think of the drop situation in Malmo(or Raum) in ordinary groups - I shudder to the thought of dragon drops.

Indeed, we need to get it all sorted before we make an attempt, looking over all that bickering shows how much of a pain it would be. I think the 1 person per guild thing is abit tight, everyone in guild is gonna want one of the pieces so how do you choose who gets to pick the bit for that guild.
Needs to be worked out so everyone can go for any item, but a player can only go for 1 item.

/autosplit (it enables the leader group to choose if the distribution of the loot is automatic or not, on a simple member, it enables to choose if one wants to take part to the automatic distribution, by default, both of them are activated)

that should settle who gets the loot, but how to distribute it is an entirely different matter.. kinda liked the lotto idea, but it got its drawbacks too.. perhaps inform all the people before the dragon raid (if there is to be one) that only guilded people got a chance to get loot (settling any further arguments about the loot if they know on what terms they're playing on).

I say look at the "uber" drops and think the same:

Timorous jerkin
Immolated cleaver
DE gloves
DS coif
Soulbinders jerkin
Blue diamond staff x2
Soul Forge
battle scourge x 2

I think all of the above are normal malmo drops <yawns>

Azure swathe cutter and Runed Saga Etched shield I dunno about..and mystical belt...may be a regular drop that one.

But to see the whole of Albion holding a national debate over one bow??? Am I missing something???

All I was interested in was the 1 Mithril the dragon allegedly dropped stateside for realm defence purposes..and rumour has it that has been nerfed


Think I'll start the MSPCD to save us all the bother ;)

Midgard Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Dragons btw :)

ROFL 1k damage? Is that all? A piss in the ocean compared with the amount of damage it will probably do to your realm with all your hunters squabbling over who's turn it is to use it :) Or are the 110 dragon drop posts so far misrepresentative of the nature of mighty Albion's citizens? Oops...mighty may be the wrong word. Down to 1 relic and losing that as well after a quick trip to Collory to chat to out Hib neighbours. (Of course this isnt taking into account any forthcoming testicle-free early hours alb relic raid).

No doubt Aussie, you and a few other l33t archers will share the spoils, with 90% of the others frozen out. But for the serious business of major military offensives your 1 bow aint worth diddlysquat in the overall make-up. Just an excuse for some poncy stealther to pop peeps and run like f$ck as you always do :)

heh we do 1k atm with 16.1dps / 89qua bows.
that bow will do alot more but i've seen pics of US accounts with uber bows that only do 1050 dmg (dunno why)




Anyway i also dont like that switching idea, if someone doesnt come online, the next one can only play 6 days with it. Dragon was verrrrrrrry easy. Now we have some exp in killing it, because of all the failures in the past, maybe we can do him 1 time /week

i'm sure that bow will find 1 owner.... alot ppl will be jealous ofcourse ;)


but atm we dont have the bow, if you've read the threads you'd know some guy called 'Hobbit' doesnt want to give it. He said he would sell it IRL (coz it's alot worth according to him) and delete his account (duh). Hope that mail to GOA will help ^^

well, i dont really care about drops, only thing i need from lair (not dragon) is Soul Forge, thats all. so i will be happy if we just slay the birdy ;)

Most peeps who have exp'ed with me in the past know my attitude towards drops. They are divisive, causing endless arguments and falling outs, and are a distraction which compromises peeps ability to think and act clearly and rationally during an exping episode.

As stated elsewhere, epic armour (guaranteed at the cost of a worn-out pair of boots) and the purchasing nature of DF make most present drops peeps clamour for redundant. Its just a matter of being patient and waiting for the next patch....(ok - so maybe VERY patient might be more appropriate ;)).

LOL @ Hobbit he has openly committed suicide in the Albion community by doing this. Sell it???? What a fxxking lamer!! I’m in for the money and the fun. The drops I don’t give a shit about. The drop issue is an alliance/guild matter and should only be evenly distributed.

Everyone will want these because epic armour is not as good as 100% qual legion or drag drops<i know iv got a few and lead some legion raids>the only good drops from df are the princes,high lords and legion(for legion u need 70 ppl at least all 40 or u will die to the surrounding spawn quick).
High lords and princes not to bad( 4 groups for princes 2-3 for lords depending on lvls of grps)but high lords drop 3 items princes 5 and legion 10.Only legion and drag have 100% qual items but legion drops 5 100% items and 5 prince/high lord per kill and has a 2-8 respawn time depending.High lord and prince items are 93-4% and are very nice without the legion drops.
Other items with seals in df from what iv seen and got are not nice but are much better then malmo,raum items and the seals are very easy to get.

But epic armour isent the best becuase some of the legion item stats are wow..

Also epic armour takes 1-2 fgs to complete the tasks and is not as easy as everyone thinks,i think for every lvl 50 on server to get epic would take about 2 months give or take a day or 2

The things that are shown to drop in that screeny are all common drops apart from about 3-4, which may be common drops in different parts of malmo, i say bring on DF :)
