To the Template Makers - Scout Template; Please help :)

Been fooling around with the ScCalc for few weeks now, and I cant solve the puzzle...

Been looking at the same items etc. so much I think i've gone blind, so I seek some assistance.

Very limited resources, items accessable:

Fools bow
Shades of Mist
Golden Scarab Vest
Mariasha Sharkskin Gloves
Belt of Sun
2 x Ebon Hide Bracer
Ring of the Seven Souls
Battler Studded Sleeves
Soot Tained Boots
Immolated Bow
and about 10p

My biggest problems is to get:
a decent Dex-increase cap, (+17 or higher)
some Qui-increase cap
+11 shield
+11 slash
and not Overcap my dex with 20 or more while having decent resists also with bow up...

Probably forgot something, but if you could try and post your results, it will be very much appriciated.

Tried looking on www.critshot.com some different template combos on there. Also a very nice scout template maker (well I like it).

why do you want +qui increase cap?
any quickness over 250 got more or less zero benefit and 250 you can reach easy if you have decent buffs etc

Well, fixed the template now with a... not excellent, but it'll do...

But what about procs ?

This is my template. Doesnt use all the items you said, hardly any of them, but maybe you can get some ideas from it

Melee weapons out:

85str(10 dex cap), 74con, 99dex(24 dexcap), 64qui, 204 hits
26% body/cold/heat/energy/crush/thrust, 25% spirit, 24% matter, 23% slash
11 thrust/stealth
2% style dam, 4% melee dam, 5% melee spd, 10af, 5 end

With bow:

58str, 74con, 101dex(26 dexcap), 64 qui, 204 hits
26% body/heat/energy/crush/thrust, 25% spirit, 24% matter, 17% cold, 16% slash
11LB, 9 stealth
7% archery dam, 7% archery spd, 10% archery range, 10af, 10 end

Uses:
