Makes no diff whatsoever.
Not strictly true... it does reduce the variance (but not the maximum value healed) of heal chants. So effectively no use anyway :D

the hundreds of hours I've used a paladin to farm with I've never had any variance with the heal chant. Always 46. So I would say no use. :p

You heal like 1 extra hp with +10 chants or something. Deffinately worth it, m8.

In the picture of 2 pallies fighting Sebak on VoS (at Nailah's robe artifact for those who want to check it out) it says in the message panel that 1 of the pallies is healing for 55. Could it be based on piety as well or perhaps he had the artifact that increases healing effectiveness? Dont remember which one it is and too lazy to look now :)

Healchant has no variation whatsoever, it's like item healprocs, they don't vary either. Healchant IS, however, affected by power relics.

Heal chant at 45 chants is 55 per heal afaik with power relics.
And i guess the other paladin didnt have the 45 chants heal.

+Heal effectivness affects the pala heal chant, procs like heal procs etc.

Tried 25% healing on my pala and it was 5x something and the healproc on my shield went up with 30 orso

Healchant is affected by heal% bonus and power relics yes.

Piety has nothing to do with chant effectiveness, it's just +power.

Does +chants do something? No, it doesn't, really. Only at >45 levels of chants, you might notice a 1 or 2 point difference in the heal chant, when you get some more levels, it should vanish. So a character at 50 with 45+0 chants would be healing for 45-46 without a doubt. Atleast I was healing for 45-46 when I got the chant at 45.

Heal (Group, Chant) @ 45 chants = 37 = 1.25 x 37 = 46.25 = 46.
Heal (Group, Chant) @ 35 chants = 43.75 = 44
If the values are different, you either have power relics or +healing :x
