Congrats mate, I've never been as owned in RvR as when you humiliated me 5 mins ago. I'll never attack a cleric with more than 50% ever again. If you're a regular caster i'll quit daoc and never play it again but I think I saw some kind of mace looking thing hanging from your belt during my dirtnap though

it's easy, an /as chat message came from one of the stealthers, said Karam was on the way...so we just bailed and ran, everything went pear shaped there after...

I'll give you the scenario LandShark. We, about 6 or 7, Hibs was heading for Crachon and stumbled on a few mids whom we chased until we suddenly saw a large Albion army. I was a bit behind and while everybody was busy beating on each other I manged to go unnoticed for a while. I reached the Alb-casters in the back. At this point I knew I was dead so i threw an aoe-mezz (mighty 15 sek) hoping for at least one kill or so and managed to get everybody close to me. I stun one of the casters (Iskander) and fire away. He's down to, dunno, bout 10% when my stun wears off and then manages to throw something on me, dunno what. And for some reason I fucked up my (saved) qc and at this point the mezz breakes and I live about 1 more second before a few fireballs or somethong engulfes me. I don't think Iskander killed me but he was, so to speak, the cause of my misery through his refusal to die.

What's most frustrating is that I think I played quite well in the particular situation

That's about it methinks, anyone who was there is free to correct me if you think I've painted a crappy picture of the scene.

Ohhhh btw, Iskander plz tell me that you had a con-buff or two that might get me back to Emain

Ok,

So we just took DC, were fighting some mids while some pesky Hibs decided to add to the fight.
I got mezzed and then paralyzed (by Nafta it seems). he started nuking me to death and not a thing I could do (I hate paralyze btw). Just as he is about to kill me the paralyze wears off. I quickcast mezz on him and toss him a few lifedrains (does damage to him and heals me).
In all honesty I think the last blow he got was from a friendly tank, but from the point where I got the mezz on him I was in controll again, and he didn't got a single spell off anymore.
Maybe Nafta had a bit of bad luck that he messed up his QC, or wasn't expecting me to fight back. We'll never know, untill we meet again in emain
