Its the armsman epic armor We albs tend to call em nippleheads. The only hooded tank cloack on albion (as far as i know) Is the mantle of champion wich statswise is no match for a kraggon cloack or the epic cloack (both hoodless) . I wear the mantle of champion myself because the particular resist stat its weak in is already at its cap.
