Lol, did not know what lvl people are. Normally never check up on who I get killed by or shot at. But getting blocked by a lvl 11 is pretty darn crap Although you being hit for a mere 170 by Sparmer (also lvl 50) sucks pretty badly also
But actually, few mids know this, Mythic does not want scouts to kill any player above lvl 10. This is why the introduced fumbles, misses, switching to regular shots, and (p)bt along with see hidden. Also, when an SB dings 50 in midgard, Mythic gives them not only epic armor, but also a lvl 50 buffbot.
Pretty darn nice deal if you ask me
