In some countries on Feb 29th peeps change roles ... boss becomes Windowcleaner, office junoir becomes MD ... for a mad day of fun.

May soumd strange, but like Ajax (the football club that makes all players play at least once in all positions), maybe it would be fun and educational.

No need to realocate rights to Promote / Demote /as or anything, just see how each like the boot on the other foot and respond, you will be surprised.

On the contrary, I was praising them.

A central defender who has played in goal, understands a little more the man behind him.
