Man! I love ur class, its always enjoyfull to duel U guys, and U always seem to have like 1000 hps more than me ;D
If U guys would have stealth spec U would be the best in al 3 realms and a must play class 4 me ;D

Well you Minstrels have the nice sound effects . Stood once on the wrong end of such an attack and must say it was pretty impressive.
Before it was a carnage on the battlefield with slashsounds and groans. Then all of a sudden it gets quiet and the only sound i here are the sound of panpipes (?). I turn around and see a minstrel right behind me. What a marvelous sight. Also the last thing i see before being killed

How ironic

I was going to say the same about minstrels. An exact replica of the skald template, yet you receive stealth ability as well as an area mezz.

But then i thought to myself, why would i want to prance around the battlefield, banging a kids' toy drum, playing with my little whistle and generally being a boy-band reject who tries to play with the real men on the field of war?

So far I have loved my skald =) As of lately tho, I have become seriously booooooooooooored with exping, have been standing still in xp for two weeks now. Started a hunter tho, and I have some serious fun with it =))

So, the past weeks has mostly been RvR, which starts with mezz/para/root NUKE NUKE NUKE arrow Hit for überdamage with some spear

I don't want to get hostile here Jagang, but that's crap
MInstrels do NOT get an area mezz. We get a single-target mezz, much lower duration (same duration as skald insta or cleric insta) that we have to equip a bloody flute to use
I envy skalds for not having to change instruments, you looked at a minstrel's quickbars lately? *shudder*
Plus, in 1.50 our stealth gets nerfed fairly hard. At that point we become skalds with rogue hit points and damage table, and for the most part a very low weapon spec.

Yeah must be a real pain in the botty to have to swap quip every five secs. I'd feel your pain, but damn minstrels killed me so much at lower level.....

Is that why minstrels have a habit of only going for low levels - because thats all you can take out? Personally i relish taking on yellow-red conning enemies, to me killing a grey just doesnt seem like a great accomplishment.

And for those who use the excuse "we are at war blah blah" that doesnt alter the fact that you really arent proving anything

Now if a grey tries me on....
