+ 19 dex cap ( still working on more dex cap in temp)

+ 93 specs

+ 22 aug dex 3

A total of 331


Looking back at it now I wish I took a Briton with + 15 dex in creation.. but pretty content with cast speed at the moment ( with +10 cast speed that is).

I had 350 with dex4, but I was a gimp when I made the char 3 years ago and had no dex on creation methinks...(briton).

I respecced to dex3 now tho. I have 101 in template of course.

Like yunio said, if I would reroll I'd go +15 dex at creation.

Buffs get changed to a 2 second uninterruptable cast in an upcoming patch (for in-combat rebuffs), which I think means that dex will no longer affect their cast speed...
