TK'ing in games

after just playing with some arseholes who have nothing better to do than ruin everyone elses game by team killing, i started to think, why do people play games like HL online just to act like twats?

as far as ive seen this kinda stuff only happens on the more well known and popular servers, and i can certainly understand why new players can be 'worried' of playing online with such people.

id just like to know other peoples thoughts on it

Same reason people Cheat, to piss off other People, they "get off" by making people miserable

It's not always intentional. Even if they do it more than once.

I'm a bit dense when I'm playing sometimes, and I'll toddle onto a FF server and completely obliviously throw a grenade and kill 3 of my teammates with it. I'll then do the same thing again awhile later because I've completely forgotten.

As for doing it for fun, sometimes it can be a laugh if people react to it the way you do. Blocking doors and stuff can be annoying to the |-|4RDC0R3 player, but to some it's just quite humourous :)

I always seem to get my knife out when i first join a server im unfamilar with, and knife someone intentionally, id rather have em lose 5hp than 50+hp when i lob a nade

Heh, and it looks like {KEA} are taking over the whole of BW literally... next i suppose Adz or Dolly will be joinin em

James is in the DoD team, if anyone else fancies a blast with our boys on it come into our channel - #xatrix, we are desperate for new players in the DoD clan. We aint that big a clan it just seems that we all paid to play, I miss the OAP's, they were bigger than us and they were/are a great bunch of peeps.

on the subject of ff, wouldnt it be nice to have bw go ff=on.

i mean, now that we've got rid of 'most' of the llama's it wouldnt be like, say, by.

more realistic, etc. etc. blah blah, etc..

blah.

If I feel the need to unleash my anger i'll go piss about on a jolt server, mainly because they are all twats and deserve it :/

If you need to release anger, ffs do it in the gym or something. How on earth is not really killing someone who your never going to meet, but probably think your a complete twat, in a game a way of venting anger??

Get to the gym, go for a run, kick the dog. Do something constructive ffs. :rolleyes:

too many tards runnin in front of you when yer shooting teh other peeps.

I was pissed last night and my whole team kept running in front of me...i never had the reactions to stop so they died :/

/edit

oh and i ran in front of an awping teammate :)... 1 awp bullet inserted into my arse and a tkpunish for him :D

Yeah, i always fear Teammates runnin infront of my AWP on a FF Server, it doesnt always end too friendly.

People do it for the reaction, when they see you annoyed that is when they know it was worth while, when they see you moaning and retaliating, that makes it worthwhile for them. Best thing to do is completely ignore them, the ones who set out to annoy people will move onto someone else who reacts. The ones who dont know any better would probably still do it however :)

Then of course you get the trigger happy players who love taking your health down if you pop out near them, simply because they are scared and jumpy :)
